6、etworkmanagement.TherelevantadministrativedepartmentsoftheMunicipalPeople'sgovernment,plans,urbanconstructionandurbanplanningshallcooperatewiththeMunicipalFinanceandtradeadministrationdepartmentinchargeoftheplanning,constructionandmanagementofcommercialnetworks.Fifth,thecitycommercialnetwor
