2、体、供给能力、服务水平等方面的劣势，政策环境与政府支持方面提供的发展机会与来自食品安全、替代品挤兑等方面面临的威胁；在此基础上总结重庆市乳制品冷链物流信息技术落后、乳制品冷链物流市场化程度低、冷链物流人才匮乏、冷链物流法规不健全等问题原因，据此提出了加强重庆市乳制品冷链物流信息化建设、积极发展第三方冷链物流企业、培养乳制品冷链物流复合型人才、建立健全冷链物流法规、加强冷链物流整体规划等对策，并结合重庆市乳制品的龙头企业——天友乳业集团的发展特点对其冷链物流进行了案例分析，具体印证了重庆市乳制品冷
