3、ingchangeofdiagnosisandtreatmentofheartfailure.Therefore,ourheartfailurescholarsrefertoalargenumberofliteratureandresearchandforeignrelatedguidelines,afterrepeateddiscussionandunremittingefforts,"Chinaonchronicheartfailuretreatmentguidelines"werefullyrevisedandupdated,
4、andwillbeinthismonthattheendofthegrandlaunch.Inthenewguidelines,useofbetablockersinthetreatmentofchronicheartfailurehasbeenfullydescribed,thetreatmentstatushasbeenfurtherconsolidated,SinoramainvitedfamousChineseexpertProfessorDaiGuizhuonthepartofheartfailurein-depthint
5、erpretation.ThelatesteditionoftheguidelinesforthetreatmentofchronicheartfailureinChina,onceagainreferredtoasaclassI/drugintheheartfailuredrugtreatment,emphasizesitsimportanceinthetreatmentofheartfailure:Allchronicsystolicheartfailure,NewYorkHeartAssociation(NYHA)II~III
6、,B,andstablestageofasymptomaticheartfailureorNYHAIlevelinpatientswithleftventricularejectionfraction[(LVEF)<40%],mustuseofbetablockers,andtheneedforlife-longuse,unlesscontraindicatedornottolerated.?NYHAIVclassheartfailurepatientsneedtobestable(4dayswithoutintravenousme
