7、筹备期，现面向社会公开招聘以下岗位。一、部门经理1、餐饮部经理：1人n职位描述：1、负责餐饮全面运营工作；2、完成餐饮各项预算、分析经营成本、采取有效措施、加强成本控制；3、负责餐厅与各部门的协调工作；4、处理宾客投诉；5、完成总经理布置的各项任务。n任职要求：1、20-40岁，大专以上酒店管理相关专业，3年以上同类型或同职位工作经验者优先；2、责任心强、善于沟通和交际、应变能力强；3、具有良好的领导力和号召力，承受压力的能力强；4、熟悉计算机基本操作及办公软件的使用。2、物业部经理：1人n
