3、eworkefficiencyandreduceproductioncostastheprinciple,tocorrectviolationsofdiscipline.Shouldbeinlinewiththeprincipleofcombiningpunishmentandeducation,guidethestafftoabidebytherulesandregulations.3.2.anytreatmentoftheemployee'sdecisionshallbeopentothepublic,butrelatedtoperso

4、nalprivacyandcommercialsecretsofthecompanyexcept.3.3.companyofdisciplinarypunishmentshouldbebasedonthefacts,accordingtotheplot,accordingtothepresentMeasuresbytherelevantfunctionaldepartmentsofthecompanyshallbepunishedinoralorwrittenform.3.4employeesareentitledtomakestateme
