5、totime,establishedintermsoftheconstitution1.5“By-laws”meanstheby-lawsoftheassociationwithsuchamendments,modifications,alterationsandadditionstheretoasmaybemadebytheboardfromtimetotime1.6“CodeofConduct”meansthiscodeofconductoftheassociationwithsuchamendments,
