1、第一节常用电热材料一、电热基础知识电热器具是利用电能转化成热能的原理而制成各种器具的统称。在家用电器中，电热器具占有25％～35％的比例，如生活中常用的电熨斗、电饭锅、电烤箱、电热毯、远红外线辐射取暖器、电磁灶、微波炉等电热器具。
近几年，随着电子技术的发展及微电脑的广泛应用，电热器具进入了一个新的发展阶段，性能也越来越完善。利用电热比利用其它热源有下述优点：
⑴热效率高，约为50％～95％（煤的热效率为12％～20％，液体燃料为20％～40％，气体燃料为50％～60％）。
⑵控温方便，精确度高，容易实现自动控制。
⑶清洁卫生，无烟灰，不产生有害气体，不污染环境。
⑷使用
2、方便，与其它热源相比，无明火，且有安全保护装置，更加安全可靠。一旦发生故障，因其结构简单，也易于维修。
