5、rcenthave86percentofglobalGDP,andthe20poorestcountriesonly1percentconstitutesadestabilizingfactorthatwillharmworldpeace. Therearepeoplewhoanticipateamoreprogressivepath,sometimescalled"thenewmedievalism",inwhichtherelentlessadvanceofinformationtechnologyresultsinthedemiseofthestateasweknowit.The
