1、探析CT诊断单发脑脓肿影像学研究【摘要】目的分析34例脑脓肿患者脑部经CT增强扫描呈单发环状强化的病灶，并探讨其价值。方法对34例经手术及抗炎治疗证实的脑部病灶进行回顾性分析，讨论脑脓肿呈特异性的单发环状强化诊断及鉴别诊断。结果34例环形强化病灶中：其内低密度18例，等密度7例，混杂密度5例、且有钙化者4例；壁呈均匀强化者24例，壁有结节状强化6例，不规则强化4例；额叶12例，颞叶7例，顶叶6例，小脑半球3例，枕叶2例，脑深部3例;桥脑1例。脑脓肿22例、转移瘤8例、星形细胞瘤2例、陈旧血肿2例。结论CT对脑部单发呈环状强化的脑脓肿诊断及鉴别诊断具有较高价值。�【关键词

7、istinctiondiagnosis探讨计算机断层扫描(CT)对脑部单发呈环状强化病灶的诊断及鉴别诊断的临床价值将34例的CT表现进行回顾性分析。报告如下。1临床资料1．1一般资料本组共34例患者，男24例，女10例，年龄18~75岁，平均41岁。1．2仪器与方法采用GE公司生产的4排螺旋CT，34例均采用CT平扫加增强扫描。造影剂采用非离子型的ONIPAQUE(欧乃派克)，肘正中静脉团注。1．3CT表现平扫CT值20~40HU，增强CT值60~80HU。环形强化34例中：壁呈均匀强化者24例，结节状强化6例，不规则强化4例；额叶12例
