1、上皮性卵巢癌组织P-gp、GST-π、Topo-Ⅱ表达与ATP肿瘤体外药敏试验的关系【关键词】上皮性卵巢癌(PEOC), 【摘要】目的探讨卵巢癌组织中耐药相关蛋白P-gp、GST-π、Topo-Ⅱ的表达与ATP-肿瘤体外药敏试验(ATP-TCA)结果的关系。方法采用ATP-TCA法对24例原发上皮性卵巢癌患者手术切除的新鲜癌组织进行体外药物敏感性测定,分别检测对泰素、顺铂、健择、阿霉素、拓扑替康5种化疗药物的敏感性。同时用免疫组化检测组织中P-gp、GST-π、Topo-Ⅱ的表达。结果24例上皮性卵巢癌手术标本中,ATP-TCA可评价率95.83%,
2、所测标本对药物的体外敏感率依次为泰素91.30%,健择86.96%、阿霉素65.22%、拓扑替康47.83%、顺铂21.74%,GST-π蛋白阳性表达与卵巢癌组织体外对顺铂的耐药相关(P=0.037),P-gp、opo-Ⅱ蛋白阳性表达与卵巢癌组织体外泰素、健择、阿霉素、拓扑替康、顺铂的耐药均不相关,P>0.05。结论卵巢癌组织GST-π蛋白表达与体外对顺铂的耐药相关,GST-π阳性表达是否可以作为预测上皮性卵巢癌患者耐药的标志物,值得进一步扩大样本进行临床研究。关键词P-gpGST-πTopo-ⅡATP-TCA免疫组化SP法上皮性卵巢癌(PEOC)T
