2、定入手培植学校自己的后勤产业进入21世纪高校后勤的深化改革显得尤为重要对于高校后勤管理中出现的新情况新观念新体制和新模式又需要及时总结研究和认识迄今为止国外理论界对于高校后勤管理及留学生公寓管理研究主要从经济学管理学和比较经济体制这三个角度进行后勤社会化是指后勤服务设施和学生宿舍食堂及其它生活服务设施迁出高校校园之外空出的地方可以用来建教室实验室等教学设施的一个活动的进步的发展的过程实践告诉我们制约高校教育发展的一个重要瓶颈就是后勤服务和设施跟不上我国大力发展留学生教育不仅引智而且引资不仅是弘扬民族文化促进国际间的了解国际关系
