4、ntheremainingcase.Heterologousandhomologouselementswerepresentintheprimaryovariantumorsin4and8ofthe12patients,respectively.Allpatientsreceivedcytoreductivesurgery.Elevenofthemreceivedpostoperativechemotherapyand3oftheseelevenpatientsreceivedadditionalradiotherapyofpelvicfield.Results　The

5、mediansurvivalofthisgroupof12patientswas24months.The2-and5-yearsurvivalratewas33.3%(4/12)and8.33%(1/12),respectivcly.The2-yearsurvivalrateofstageⅡandⅢwas50%and33.3%respectively.OnepatentinstageⅣdiedwithin1year.Fourofthe8patientswithhomologoushistologysurvivedover2yearswhileallthe4caseswi
