3、ts(Hoehn&YahrscaleI一Ⅳ,UPDRSscore9—108)and13volunteerswererecruited.Theradiationratiosofstriatumanditssubregions,in—cludingtheputamenandcaudatenucleus,overthecerebellumwerecalculatedbysemi—quantityregionofinterest(R0I)tech—nique.Thefunctiondifferentiati
4、onofstriatumandputamenorcaudatenucleus,betweenthehealthyvolunteersanddifferentscaledPDpatientswerecompared.theDATvaluebetweencontralateralandipsilateraltosymptomsormoreaffectedlimbswascomparedaswel1.Therelationshipbetweentheradiationratiosofstriatum/cerebe
5、llumandUPDRSscorewasanalyzed.ResultsTheDATlevelofPDpatientsscaledI一Ⅳwasmorelowerthanthatofthehealthyvolunteers.Thereexitedneg—ativecorrelationbetweentheradiationratioandtheUPDRSscore:theDATlevelsofstriatumcontralateraltotheaffectedlimbwerelowerthanthoseofi
6、psilateralofPDpatientsscaledI一2.5.ForpatientsscaledⅢ一Ⅳ,neitherdifferencewasseenbetweenthetwosides,nordifferencebetweenthetwoscales.ForpatientsscaledI一2.5,theDATfunctionofputa—menandcaudatenucleuswerebothlowerthanthatofhealthyvolunteers,therealsoexiteddiffe
7、rencebetweenputamenandcaudatenucleus,morelOSSofDATfunctionwasseenintheputamennucleus.ForpatientsscaledⅢ一Ⅳ,bothputamenandcaudatenucleusfunctiondecreasedobviously,whilenodifferencebetweenthetwonucleus.Conclusion..Tcm-TRODAT-1SPECTbrainimagingishelpfulforthee
