3、dbymyocardialischemiaandreperfusioninratsinvitro.METHODS:Ratswererandomlydividedinto5groups(7ratsineachgroup),i.e.,normalcontrolgroup,ischemia/reperfusiongroup(I/R),US0,488H+I/Rgroup,NE+I/Rgroup,U50,488H+NE+I/Rgroup.TheisolatedheartwasperfusedbyusingLangendorffequipmentandthefront
4、branchofcoronaryarterywasligatedfor20min,andthentheperfusionwasresumedfor20mintoengendertheI/Rcondition.US0.488H(5×10一.mol/L)andNE(1×10mol/L,wereusedtointerferetheeffectsduringmyocardialischemiaandreperfusion.Heartrate(HR),arterialbloodpressure(ABP),leftventricularpressure(LVP),ca
5、rdiacfunction(±dp/dtmax),rateofventriculartachycardia(VT)andventricularfibrillation(VF)weredeterminedinrats.RESULTS:①Everyindexoftheheartfunctionsdecreasedsignificantly,andHRincreasedaftermyocardialischemia.Withmyocardialreperfusion,theconditionwasimprovedalittle.ComparedtlII/Rgro
6、up,HRdecreasedsignificantlywithUS0,488Hadministration(P<0.05).②ComparedwithnormalcontrolgroupandI/Rgroup,theincidenceofventriculararrhyth?miasandarrhythmiaSCOrewereenhancedinI/R+NEgroup(P<O.01).However,itshowedthatnotonlytheincidenceofVTandVFSCOreduringmyocardialischemiaandr
7、eperfusionandventricular~rrhythmiasandarrhythmiaSCOreofI/Rgroup,butalsoventriculararrhythmiasandarrhythmiaSCOreofI/R+NEgroupdecreasedsignificantlytlIadministrationofU50.488H(P<0.01).CONCLUSION:K?opioidreceptoragonistU50,488HantagonizesthearrhythmiasinducedbyNEduringmyocar.收稿日期:
