3、erences.InChina,Hofstede’sCultureDimensionTheoryhasearnedquiteafeoreandmorepopular.Thesestudiespromotetheideasandperceptionsofdeepglobalizationinfullscaleandhelpthetheorytogofurther.……..1.2ResearchmotivationsTheauthoridentifiedthatpoelymultinationalpanies,groupsandorganizationstohelpimpro
