1、代谢综合征与无症状脑梗死的相关性研究乙成成，刘雯雯，张颖秋，王湘芸，郭志军，殷仁富(200003上海，第二军医大学附属长征医院贵宾诊疗科)[摘要]目的探讨代谢综合征(metabolicsyndrome,MS)及其各组分与无症状脑梗死(silentcerebralinfarction,SCI)的相关性。方法连续收集我科2006年5月至2010年6月健康体检患者959例[男性693例，女性266例，年龄(49.8±9.1)岁]，根据修订后的中国人代谢综合征诊断标准，将所有患者分为代谢综合征组(443例)和非代谢综合征组(516
2、例)。比较两组患者无症状脑梗死的患病率并采用单因素和多因素Logistic回归法分析代谢综合征及其各组分与无症状脑梗死的相关性。结果单因素统计分析发现代谢综合征组罹患无症状脑梗死的比例明显高于非代谢综合征组(41.1%VS27.5%,P＜0.0001)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示代谢综合征与无症状脑梗死发病明显相关[OR＝1.73,95%CI:1.24～2.41,P＝0.0012]，在代谢综合征各组分内高血压[OR＝1.40,95%CI:1.05～1.88,P＝0.0230]、糖尿病[OR＝1.75,95%CI:1
