1、异甘草素的药理作用研究作者:李德芳,王振华,罗锋,郑秋生摘要】 异甘草素(isoliquiritigenin)为甘草中异黄酮类化合物,近年来其广泛药理活性备受关注。文章对异甘草素国内外药理活性研究 4对心血管和气管的作用冯斯婷等[28]研究了异甘草素对豚鼠心室肌细胞L型钙电流的影响,发现在0.1~100μmol/L范围内异甘草素呈浓度及频率依赖性地抑制心肌细胞L型钙电流(ICa-L)传导,其阻滞效应是通过与Ca-L通道的激活、失活和恢复动力学有关的不同位点发生作用减慢通道的激活、加快其失活,并且延长其失活后恢复的时间。异甘草素还具有频率依赖性
