1、外周血管介入治疗大咯血的临床效果及安全性研究»»李鸿汀丘博文龙岩市第二医院摘要：目的:探究外周血管介入治疗大咯血的疗效及安全性，为临床治疗大咯血提供指导。方法：以2013年9月-2017年8月来笔者所在医院接受救治的135例大咯血患者作为观察对象，对135例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，介入组85例，应用外周血管介入治疗，对照组50例，应用传统手术治疗。研究对比两组大咯血患者的疗效、生活质量评分及并发症发生率。结果:介入组患者的总有效率（94.12%）相比对照组（72.00%）明显更高，差异有统计

2、学意义（P〈0.05）;介入组和对照组患者治疗后的生活质量评分均较治疗前有所升高，但介入组患者治疗后的生活质量评分（84.36±4.23）分，相比对照组的（79.11±3.67）分明显更高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）:介入组患者的并发症发生率（2.35%）相比对照组（20.00%）明显更低，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论:外周血管介入治疗大咯血的效果较显著，并发症较少，有助于改善患者生活质量。关键词：外周血管介入;大咯血;疗效;安全性;收稿日期：2017-07-27ClinicalE
