3、heboundariesofone'sown(YangYiyin'spointofview).Thelogicofthecircleisnotonlyinpoliticsandlife,butalsoinallkindsofeconomicorganizations.Manymanagersaregoodatusingthelogicofthecircletomanagetheenterprise,formingaunique“Chinesestylemanagement”.Themostimportantfeatureofthismanagementis
4、thatemployeesfeelthathehasarelationshipwiththemanagement,theintimacyextendedtoalllevelsoftheorganization,themembersoftheorganizationintoacircleofpeople.Onceyoubecomeahumanbeing,youbecome“yourown”itmeansbeingtrustworthyandreliable.Themanagementofenterpriseswiththelogicofthecircleca
5、nsolvethesituationofmodernorganization&ldquoandcold&rdquo,andmaketheorganizationfullofhumantouch,andbringthesenseofbelongingtoemployees,andthenmobilizetheirenthusiasm.Onthecontrary,thosewhoonlyfocusonorganizingformalnormsoftenmakeemployeesfallintolonelinessandconfusion.Foxconnisat
