1、ChinJMarDrugs,2007February,Vol.26No.1中国海洋药物杂志2007年2月第26卷第1期不同海参多糖的化学组成分析比较盛文静,薛长湖,赵庆喜,徐杰,李兆杰,孙妍(中国海洋大学食品科学与工程学院,山东青岛266003)摘要:目的选取当前市场销售的品质不一的10种海参,分析比较其多糖的化学组成。方法采用酶解法和乙醇沉淀提取不同海参多糖,以总糖、硫酸根、糖醛酸、氨基糖和中性单糖含量为指标,进行化学组成分析比较,并在QSepharoseFF阴离子交换树脂色谱柱上分离,绘得洗脱曲线。结果10种海参多糖的总糖、硫酸根、糖醛酸和氨基糖含
2、量的波动范围分别为40.33%~62.11%,19.54%~29.95%,9.85%~13.38%和4.92%~10.18%。中性单糖测定表明10种海参多糖均含有岩藻糖和半乳糖,部分含有甘露糖和葡萄糖,且岩藻糖含量很高。10种海参多糖在阴离子交换树脂色谱柱上的洗脱曲线明显不同,除仿刺参多糖和日本刺参多糖外,其余8种海参多糖均在盐浓度为3.2molL-1的洗脱条件下洗脱完全。结论不同海参多糖在化学组成上差异明显,其在阴离子交换树脂色谱柱上分离的洗脱曲线也呈现不同特点。关键词:海参;多糖;化学组成;洗脱曲线;分析中图分类号:R959.269.06;R931.
