1、一株中度嗜盐蜡样芽泡杆菌的分离鉴定及其对苯胺的降解特性摘要:从江苏省连云港市某化工染料厂排污管道的污水中驯化、分离得到1株能以苯胺为惟一碳源的降解菌株HYHB-3,经形态学特征及生理生化特性观察,结合16SrRNA基因序列分析,初步鉴定为蜡样芽泡杆菌(Bacilluscereus),并研究其对苯胺的降解特性和影响因素。结果表明,菌株HYHB-3为该菌株属中度嗜盐,最佳生长温度25°C,超过35°C停止生长;苯胺浓度100mg/L是HYHB-3菌株降解最适浓度,降解率达77.9%,250mg/L为饱和浓度;随时间延长降解效率有增加趋势;菌株HYHB-3降解苯胺的最适温度是25°C,降解率达69.
