1、临春医学工程2015年3月第22卷第3期·32卜·论著·(临床研究)环磷腺苷和参麦注射液联合治疗老年冠心病慢性心力衰竭的可行性研究邵丽川(江门市第三人民医院普通内科，广东江门529000)【摘要】目的研究环磷腺苷和参麦注射液联合治疗老年冠心病慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法选取我院2012年3月至2014年4月收治的老年冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者140例，随机分为实验组和对照组。对照组采取常规抗心衰治疗：实验组在此基础上联合环磷腺苷和参麦注射液治疗，治疗2周后观察两组患者的左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末径(LVEDD)、舒张早期／晚期最大血流速度比值(E／A)、血浆脑钠肽(BN

2、P)及其临床疗效。结果治疗2周后，实验组总有效率(91．43％)明显优于对照组(75．71％)，差异具有统计学意义(尸<0．o5)。两组各指标(除对照组LVEDD和E／A)均较治疗前有明显改善，并且实验组各项指标均明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(尸<0．05)。结论环磷腺苷联合参麦注射液在治疗老年冠心病慢性心力衰竭上临床疗效显著。【关键词】环磷腺苷；参麦注射液；冠心病；慢性心力衰竭中图分类号：R541．4：R541．6文献标识码：Adoi：10．3969~．issn．1674—4659．2015．03．0321FeasibilityStudyofAdenosineCycl
