2、羊抗人IgM作为检测抗体,以免疫磁珠作为固相载体,建立抗弓形虫IgG和IgM抗体同步检测体系,并对该检测体系进行了优化;同时检测280份临床血清标本,并与进口酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)试剂盒进行方法学比较。结果T0x抗原的最适固化浓度为50g/mL,固化效率在35~55之间。抗TOXIgG、IgM抗体检测结果与进口EIISA试剂盒相比符合率分Ji,】为96.4,97.1,本体系同时检测两种抗体的阳性检测率达8.2。结论成功建立了抗TOXIgG和IgM抗体同步检测体系,该体系操作简便快速,灵敏度高,具
