1、第31卷第5期中华中医药学刊Vol．31No．52013年5月CHINESEARCHIVESOFTRADITIONALCHINESEMEDICINEMay2013中药补肾序贯疗法治疗卵巢功能减退疗效观察徐京晓，冯导(杭州师范大学医学院附属余杭医院，浙江杭州311100)摘要:目的:探讨中药补肾序贯疗法对卵巢功能减退(Decreasingovarianstone，DOS)患者的影响。方法:38例肾阴虚型DOS患者，随机分为治疗组(补肾序贯法)和对照组(六味地黄汤)，观察两组治疗前后月经改变，通过症状评分观察治疗前后患者症状的变化，检测两组治疗前后血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH

2、)和雌二醇(E2)水平。结果:治疗组与对照组相比总疗效差异有显著性(P＜0．05);治疗前后月经情况改善两组间比较差异有显著性(P＜0．05);在各症状改善方面，除了烘热汗出症状两组均有效，同时治疗组优于对照组，尤其是在改善腰膝酸软等伴随症状方面，两组比较差异有显著性(P＜0．05)。在血清FSH、FSH/LH、E2水平改善方面，两组治疗前后差异有显著性(P＜0．05)，且治疗组较对照组效果更明显，组间比较差异有显著性(P＜0．05)。结论:中药补肾序贯疗法能有效得改善DOS患者症状，恢复月经周期，改善卵巢功能，疗效肯定，在调节生殖内分泌方面有广泛应用前景。关键词:卵巢功能减退;补肾序
