1、·基础医学·2014年6月第4卷第11期稳定的小鼠无精子症动物模型构建分析马智孟江萍重庆医科大学附属第一医院辅助生殖中心,重庆400016【摘要】目的分析稳定的小鼠无精子症动物模型构建的方法。方法选取60只清洁级C5BL/6小鼠,将小鼠按照编号,随机分为两组,化疗组和激素组各30只。分别观察药物注射后,小鼠睾丸生精小管内精子和精子细胞消失情况。结果化疗组小鼠在接受药物注射后第4周,睾丸生精小管内精子及精子细胞消失,化疗后20周仍未产生精子,激素组在经过苯甲酸雌二醇连续注射后,于第4周睾丸生精小管内精子以及精子细胞完全消失,连续注射第20周时,部分小鼠睾丸生精小管内发现了少量的精子细胞
2、与精子存在。两组小鼠睾丸重量存在显著差异性,具备统计学意义(P<0.05o结论激素组采用苯甲酸雌二醇注射构建的小鼠无精子症动物模型缺乏稳定性,化疗组经过白消安、环磷酰胺注射后构建的小鼠无精子症模型较为稳定,是构建小鼠无精子症动物模型的首选方法,值得进行推广应用。I关键词】小鼠;无精子症;动物模型;效果【中图分类号】R332[文献标识码】A[文章编号】2095—0616(2014)11—3O一03AnalysisofstablemiceazoospermatismanimalmodelbuildingMAZhiMENGJiangpingAssistedReproductionCente
