1、实用疼痛学杂志2014年2月第1O卷第1期PainClinJ，February2014，Vo1．10，No．123．论著．舒芬太尼术后镇痛对肾母细胞瘤患儿术后免疫功能的影响刘光张树波【摘要】目的观察不同剂量舒芬太尼用于肾母细胞瘤患儿术后镇痛的效果、不良反应及对免疫功能的影响。方法肾母细胞瘤切除术后患儿24例，随机分为3组，每组8例，术后镇痛配方均为舒芬太尼加昂丹斯琼0．1mg／kg，用生理盐水稀释到100ml泵注48h。舒芬太尼总剂量分别为I组1~g／kg，Ⅱ组2．5~g／kg，Ⅲ组4~g／kg。术后评估镇痛效果，

2、记录不良反应，并于麻醉前、手术开始后1h、术后24h、术后72h时分别抽血测定IgG、IgA、IgM水平。结果各组免疫球蛋白术中和术后均较术前显著降低(P0．05)。Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组镇痛效果明显优于I组，但Ⅲ组不良反应恶心呕吐发生率明显高于其他两组(P
