1、·3830·现代预防医学2012年第39卷第15期ModernPreventiveMedicine，2012，Vo1．39，NO．15·儿少卫生与妇幼保健·吉西他滨联合顺铂治疗晚期乳腺癌疗效观察周晓红(安顺市人民医院肿瘤科，贵州安顺561000)摘要：目的观察吉西他滨联合顺铂与长春瑞滨联合顺铂治疗晚期乳腺癌的临床疗效。方法将符合病例入选标准的乳腺癌患者160例患者采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组，每组80例。观察组予吉西他滨1000Ills／m2，静脉滴注30min，dl，8；顺铂25mg／m2静脉滴注，d3～5。对照组予长春瑞滨25mg／m2，dl，8，溶于生理盐水100m

2、l中，快速静脉滴注，顺铂25mg／m：静脉滴注。d3-5。2组均以治疗21d为1个周期。观察2组患者的生活质量、临床疗效及不良反应。结果CR观察组为37．5O％。对照组为35．0o％，2组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)。总有效率观察组为60．oo％．对照组为57．50％，2组相比较差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)。2组治疗后均出现了不同程度的中性粒细胞减少、贫血、恶心呕吐、脱发、发热、肝功能损害、肾功能损害，但总体而言II—V级发生率两组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)。结论吉西他滨联合顺铂与长春瑞滨联合顺铂治疗晚期乳腺癌的临床疗效相当，不良反应相当。关键词：乳腺癌，
