2、48．4％)，吉西他滨联合顺铂化疗有效组32例患者中Nanog表达阳性9例(28．1％)，阴性23例(71．9％)；无效组30例患者中Nanog表达阳性21例(70．0％)，阴性9例(30．O％)。无效组患者Nanog表达阳性率明显高于有效组(X2=10．872，P=0．001)。结论Nanog表达增强可导致肺癌患者对吉西他滨联合顺铂化疗不敏感，检测Nanog对临床制订肺癌个体化治疗方案有一定参考价值。【关键词】肺肿瘤；基因表达；治疗结果；Nanog；化疗doi：10．3969~．issn．1009—5519．2013．09．001文
