1、第14卷第12期辽宁中医药大学学报Vol.14No.122012年12月JOURNALOFLIAONINGUNIVERSITYOFTCMDec.，2012慢性糜烂性胃炎中医证型与胃癌前病变相关性研究许娟（深圳市松岗人民医院，广东深圳518105）摘要：目的：探讨慢性糜烂性胃炎中医证型与病理诊断中胃癌前病变之间的相关性。方法：收集147例确诊为慢性糜烂性胃炎患者的临床资料，包括症状、辨证分型、病理学诊断结果（萎缩、肠腺化生、异型增生）等数据。总结资料，建立数据库。结果：在147例慢性糜烂性胃炎患者中萎缩24例，脾胃虚弱证与其他证型相比，差异有显著性（P<0.05）；肠腺化生27例，脾

2、胃湿热证与其他证型相比，差异有显著性（P<0.05）；异型增生6例，脾胃湿热证与其他证型相比，差异有显著性（P<0.05）。结论：表明慢性糜烂性胃炎的6种证型中脾胃虚弱证出现萎缩的可能性更大，脾胃湿热证出现肠腺化生及异型增生的可能性更大，对慢性糜烂性胃炎的临床治疗有一定的指导意义。关键词：慢性糜烂性胃炎；中医证型；癌前病变；相关性；治未病中图分类号：R573.3文献标识码：A文章编号：1673-842X(2012)12-0142-02ResearchoftheRelationshipbetweenTraditionalChineseMedicineSyndromesofChroni
