1、对电力企业建设中招标采购档案管理的探讨【摘要】席卷全球的项目管理热潮代表着现代管理学的最新发展趋势，是当今一个倍受关注的领域。项目采购管理又是其中一个重要的内容方向，所谓的项目采购管理，是指为保障项目物资供应而对项目采购进行的管理活动，在项目采购中通过公开招标采购，利用供应商之间的竞争来压低物资价格，确保设备质量，降低采购成本，控制工程造价，使项目资金达到最优配置，作为一名电力档案工作者，本文着重讨论在电力工程建设中项目采购管理及其在这一复杂的系统工作过程中，直接形成的具有法律依据、保存价值的原始凭证，即货物采购招投标档案的管理。【关键词】货物采购；招标；档案；管理【abstract】
