1、腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗消化性溃疡穿孔的效果对比腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗消化性溃疡穿孔的效果对比［摘要］目的对比分析腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗消化性溃疡穿孔的手术效果。方法选取2011年1月〜2013年1月在本院行腹腔镜穿孔修补术的患者40例作为腹腔镜组，另选择同期在本院行开腹子穿孔修补术的40例患者作为对照组，比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间、住院时间及并发症发生情况。结果腹腔镜组患者的术中出血量明显少于对照组(P<0.01)；术后排气时间明显短于对照组(P〈0・01)、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05),腹腔镜组的并发症发生率仅为5.0%,明显低
