1、Bs-8093菌株的鉴定及其对青枯雷尔氏菌的致弱作用周先治I',张青文彳,林营志I朱育菁I蓝江林1刘波也(1.福建省农业科学院生物技术研究所,福州350003;2.中国农业大学农学与生物技术学院,北京100094)摘要:通过形态特征、生理生化特征、脂肪酸分析和16SrDNA序列分析分离于番茄III土壤屮分离的Bs-8093菌株进行了鉴定。结果表明,该菌株为球形芽抱杆菌,最适直生长温度为30-35°Co研究发现,Bs-8093菌株对17株强致病力青枯雷尔氏菌的致弱能力不同,聚类分析将17株菌分为3类,第一类不易致弱菌株,包括菌株RS-T1.3-010702
