1、早期高危宫颈癌术后同步放化疗的临床研究【摘要】目的研究早期高危宫颈癌术后不同辅助治疗的疗效和毒副反应。方法78例早期高危宫颈癌术后高危患者分为同步放化组（放化组）40例及单纯放疗组（单放组）38例，两组均于术后2~3周开始放疗，放疗方法相同,均采用6MV-X线四野盒式照射，常规剂量分割,盆腔中心总剂量为DT45〜50Gy。同步化放组在放疗的同时予DDP化疗。结果放化组与单放组3年内盆腔内复发率无显著性差界，盆腔外复发率放化组低于单放组,差异有显著性意义;3年生存率分别为92.5%和76.3%,差异有显著性（P0.05）,经对症处理均能耐受。结论早期高危宫颈癌术后同步放化疗治疗可提高3年
