1、乙肝患者血清前S1抗原检测及其临床价值［摘要］目的探讨和分析血清前S1抗原(Pi、esl)在乙肝感染患者临床检测中的检测方法和应用价值。方法方便选取该院2014年3月一2015年2月所收治的乙型肝炎感染患者190例作为研究对象，通过酶联免疫吸附试验方法，检测患者的血清前S1抗原和乙肝病毒5项指标，并运用荧光定量PCR法，来检测患者的HBV-DNA指标，然后分析血清前S1抗原和HBV-DNA和HBeAg指标的阳性。结果经检测，以HBV-DNA阳性为标准，患者血清前S1抗原和HBV-DNA检测的阳性率分别为96.9%和98.5%,患者的该两项指标对比，差异无统计学意义(x

2、2=0.037,P>0.05)；以血清HBsAg指标阳性结果为标准，患者血清前S1抗原和HBeAg指标检测的阳性率分别为8&5%和96.6%,患者的该两项指标对比，差异无统计学意义(x2=1.362,P>0.05)o结论乙肝病毒前S1抗原可以较好地反映出HBV的复制状况，对于乙肝感染者开展血清前S1抗原检测，能够明显地降低单纯血清学检验中的假阴性率，并降低误诊和漏诊的发生率，值得临床推广。［关键词］乙肝前S1抗原；乙肝病毒；乙肝感染［中图分类号］R446.6［文献标识码］A［文章编号］1674-0742(2016)04(c)-0098-02［Abstract］Obje
