1、摘要目的：通过比较慢性乙肝患者血清中乙肝病毒(HBV)前S1、前S2抗原、E抗原与HBV-DNA之间的相关性，探讨联合检测前S1、前S2抗原、E抗原的临床意义。方法：随机选择586份慢性乙肝患者血清样本，采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测患者血清中前S1、前S2抗原和E抗原，采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应(PCR)法检测HBV-DNA，比较前S1、前S2抗原、E抗原与HBV-DNA相关性。结果：前S1、前S2抗原、E抗原在HB％DNA阳性组的检出率明显高于HBV-DNA阴性组(均P<0．05)，且三者均与HBV-DNA存在相关性(相关系数r分

2、别为0．296，0．174，0．362)，相关性从高到低依次为E抗原、前Sl抗原和前S2抗原。联合检测中，前Sl抗原与E抗原、前S2抗原与E抗原、前S1抗原与前S2抗原、三项联合检测均与HBV_DNA存在相关性(r分别为O．376，0．589，0．462，0．607)，相关性均高于单项检测，其中以联合三项检测与HBV-DNA相关性最高。结论：前S1、前S2抗原、E抗原与HBV-DNA具有良好的相关性，相关性从高到低依次为E抗原、前S1抗原和前S2抗原，联合任意两项及联合三项检测相关性均高于单项检测，且以联合三项检测相关性最高。前Sl、前S2抗原、E抗原三
