1、中西医结合治疗肾性高血压的临床研究［摘耍］冃的选择中西医治疗方案治疗肾性高血压，具体采用绳沙坦及黄罠注射液，并评价该治疗方案治疗肾性高血压的效果及安全性。方法将71例肾性高血压患者随机分为两组，纟颉沙坦组和两药联用组，两组疗程均为8周。监测治疗前后治疗有效率、血压、肾功能相关生化等。结果纟颉沙坦组治疗总有效率62.9%;两药联用组治疗总有效率75.0%°两组间具有显著性差界(P<0.05)。两组患者均在治疗4周后血压较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05),但治疗4、8周后血压未见明显变化(P〉0.05)o在治疗后第4周时两组血压出现显著性差异(P〈0・05),M屮两药联用纟R下降更为明显。在

2、治疗8周示，两组间血压也存在显著性差异(P〈0.05)o两组患者治疗后BUN、Scr、24h尿蛋白量均出现显著改善(P<0.05)o两药联用组的Scr与24h尿蛋白量耍显著低于纟颉沙坦组(P<0.05);尽管两药联用组的BUN指标参数耍低丁•纟颉沙坦组，但并无统计学差异(P>0.05)。两组均无明显不良反应。结论纟颉沙坦及黄茂注射液治疗肾性高血压安全有效，疗效优于单用纟颉沙坦。［关键词］纟颉沙坦；黄罠注射液；肾性高血压［中图分类号］R544.14［文献标识码］A［文章编号］1673-9701(2010)07-32-03CombinedChineseandWesternMedicinef
