1、高频振荡通气干预新生儿持续肺动脉高压效果评价彭好李琴王春艳遂宁市中心医院儿科摘要:目的比较高频振荡通气(I1F0V)与常频机械通气(CMV)治疗新生儿持续肺动脉高压(PPHN)的疗效。方法选取2013年1月至2017年6月该院新生儿重症监护病房收治的PPHN且需机械通气患儿46例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为HFOV组(22例)和CMV组(24例),机械通气6h后氧合指数大于25时给予口服西地那非。观察两组患儿血气分析、肺动脉压(PAP)改善情况及疗效等。结果I1F0V组患儿机械通气后有效率明显高于CMV组,二氧化碳分压、氧分压、血氧饱和度、PAP改善情况均明显优于CMV组,患儿中应用西
