1、毕业论文(20_一届)宁波中小企业员工培训现状及对策21世纪,全球进入知识经济时代,人力资源成为第一资源,优秀的员工成为企业赢得竞争优势的关键,员工培训发挥着重要作用,并成为企业发展的战略性要求。唯有重视员工培训,不断增加对员工培训的投入,企业才能在激烈达的竞争中建立优势,有效地实现企业的发展冃标。本文在研究过程中选取宁波部分中小企业作为研究对象,通过问卷和访谈的方法,对企业员工培训的现状进行了调查,结果发现:宁波中小企业开始重视并逐步实施培训,但尚处于初级阶段,缺乏培训经验;培训管理中存在较多不足,如缺乏年度培训计划,不注重培训需求分析,培训内容不
2、全,培训方法单一,缺乏培训效果评估等。本文在分析宁波中小企业员工培训现状及其原I大I的基础上,从战略高度重视培训,定期组织培训;科学分析培训需求;制定年度培训计等方面,提出了改善员工培训的相应措施。关键词:员工培训;中小企业;宁波;Abstract21stcentury,globalaccesstoknowledgeeconomy,humanresourcesbecometheprimaryresource,excellentstaffbecomethekeycompetitiveadvantage,playanimportantroleinstaf
