1、佛山市大学生情绪调节自我效能感与焦虑的相关性研究[摘要]目的通过对佛山市大学生情绪调节自我效能感现状调查,分析其与焦虑的相关性,为提高大学生心理健康水平提供理论依据。方法选择2016年12月〜2017年5月广东省佛山市4所大学总计342名大学生作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查问卷,大学生情绪调节自我效能感量表,焦虑自评量表进行数据收集,分析两者相关性。结果佛山市342名大学生情绪调节自我效能感为(62.06±5.45)分,焦虑的有47人(13.74%),不同焦虑水平大学生表达积极情绪维度(t=2.92,P=0.01)>管理挫折/愤怒情绪维
2、度(t=2.68,P=0.01)及情绪调节自我效能感量表得分差异有统计学意义(t=3.84,P=0.00);大学生焦虑自评量表得分与表达积极情绪维度(r二0.26,P=0.00)、管理沮丧/痛苦情绪维度(「二0.14,P=0.01)、情绪调节自我效能感量表总分得分成负相关(r=-0.26,P=0.00)o结论佛山市大学生情绪调节自我效能感总体水平中等偏上,可通过提高大学生的情绪调节自我效能感,减少焦虑的发生。[关键词]自我效能感;情绪调节;焦虑;大学生>>■[中图分类号]R749.72[文献标识码]A[文章编号]1674-4721(20
