2、测糖化血红蛋白的标准参考方法;而20mmol/LNaOH(阴极电解液)和20mmol/LH2SO4(阳极电解液)形成的稳定pH梯度及含两性电解质的凝胶使毛细管等电聚焦电泳(cIEF)在窄PH梯度下对糖化血红蛋白有着显著的分离效率;本文将对HPLC与凝胶cIEF进行分析比较。采用HPLC和凝胶cIEF方法分别测定随机46例血样样品的HbA1c值,对两组测定结果进行相关性分析。表明两种测定方法相关性良好;但是,由于HPLC方法易受血红蛋白变异体干扰,特异性较低;cIEF不受血红蛋白变异体干扰,特异性高
