4、tigen(PCNA、stainingwereusedtoestimatethecellcycletransitionandcellproliferationactivatedbyEGF,andaMTTassaywasusedtoevaluatethesynergisticeflfectofEGFandchemotherapy.Results:Thepercentageofcaco-2cellsintheGo/G1phasewassignificantlyreducedbynearly20%andtheperc
5、entagesintheSandG。/MphaseswereincreasedbyEGF.ThecombineduseofEGFand5一fluorouracil(5一FU)enhancedthecaco一2cellchemosensitivityto5一FU.reachingamaximumofanapproximatelythreefoldgreatersensitivitythanto5一Fualoneasjudgedbythe50%inhibitingconcentration(IC5o).Conclu
