3、leroomforinnovationandprogress.Asanalternativeweanalyzecrisesasaprocessofincubationthatstartslongbeforethetriggeringevent.Thispropositionimpliesrevisitingotherrelatednotionsthathaveseldombeendiscussedbyauthors:firstthestatusandplaceofthetriggeringeventthatshouldbeviewedbothasafaultlineandahi

4、ngebetweenadegenerativeorganizationalpastevolutionandafutureofchange;second,thetemporalityofacrisissoastoextractitfromtheurgencyitistraditionallyassociatedwith;thirdandcontrarytoauthorswhoseeinthecrisisacollapseofmeaningandofsensemaking,weanalyzeitasasurgeofmeaningthatfostersorganizationalc
