2、下保护建议:1)笼养繁殖群体由于存在单倍型分布的不均衡,建议加强东方白鹳的科学管理,提升除各单倍型的奠基者作用,同时从其它动物园进行引种,以最大限度地保护笼养种群的遗传多样性。2)南方繁殖群体与北方繁殖群体、合肥野生动物园的笼养繁殖群体之间存在共享单倍型,还未形成显著的遗传分化,因而在清楚东方白鹳遗传背景的情况下,有计划地再引入北方繁殖群体的个体(包括笼养个体)将有利于东方白鹳南方繁殖群体的壮大。合肥野生动物园的笼养东方白鹳群体很可能是适合放归的理想候选群体之一。关键词:遗传多样性;线粒体DNA;控制区(D-Loop);笼养种群繁殖管理;东方白鹳II摘要Geneticsdiver
