2、其次是没有学习英语的兴趣。因此导致英语基础知识不扎实，尤其害怕阅读，还没有养成自觉阅读的习惯。特别是作业的完成情况非常不理想，一些不自觉的学生养成了不阅读的现象，尤其是课后阅读。二学困生占班级比例过大，两极分化现象严重。尤其是阅读和习作能力普遍较低，存在着班级间发展不平衡，班级内发展不平衡的突出现象。三学生的阅读量严重不足，阅读感悟能力较差，学生搜集和存贮的好词、佳句、文段较少，能灵活运用所积累材料的学生寥寥无几。四班级凝聚力较差，缺乏学习积极性。没有尖子生，中等生及中等偏下学生是全班学生的主力军，差生比例占全班比例在30%以上。因此当前要下大力气培养尖子生，树立榜
