3、phologyofCNTs.ChemicalvaDordepositiontechniquebasedonporousanodicaluminumoxide(AAO)templatewasappliedforsynthesizinghighlyalignedcarbonnanotubearrays.ThechanneldiameterofAA0.therebythediameterofCNTsinsidethechannels.couldbeeasilyregulatedbyalteringanodizationvoltage.AmorphousNiP/CNTscatalystwaspre
4、paredbyinducedreduction.inwhichH3P02wasusedasthereducingagent,andaminewasusedtoadjustthepHvalueofthesolution.BenzenehydrogenationwasusedasaprobereactionforthestudyofeffectofdifferenttreatmenttoCNTsandpreparationconditionsoncatalyticactivityofamorphousNiP/CNTscatalyst.CatalystswerecharacterizedbvXR
5、D,TEM,ICP,TPR,XPS,H2-TPDandDTA.Theeffectofsupport-CNllsandrareearthelementsoncatalyticactivityandthethermalstabilitywerediscussed.ExperimentalresultsshowedthatCNTsoxidizedbvHN03oractivatedbVKOHresultedinimprovementsincatalyticactivityofamorphousNiP/CNTscatalyst,andpreparationconditionscouldaffecti
6、tscatalyticactivitytosomeextent.NiPsupportedonCNTsbelongedtoamorphousstructure.TheparticlesizeofNiPalloysupportedonCNTsbecamesmaller.Itsdispersionsandthespecificsurfaceareaincreasedremarkably.InamorphousNiP/CNTscatalyst,bothphosphorusandCNTscoulddonateelectronstonickel,makingNielectron—rich.Thered
