4、nclusion17References19AbstractIntheteachingprocess,manyteachershavecomeacrossthestudentswhodon’twanttotalkinclass.Someteachersmayfacethisdifficultsituation:theinstructorasksaquestion,andnohandsareraisedup.Andthenperhapsthequestionisrestatedorrephrased,butstillnoresponse.Teacherssometimescom
5、plainaboutthestudents’reluctancetospeakactivelyinclass.“Listentoteacher”hasbeenthestudents’mostfrequentclassroomexperience.Toenliventheclassatmosphere,andtoimprovethestudents’communicativecompetence,ateachershouldtrytomotivatethesilentstudentstospeakinclass.Itisusefulandmeaningfulandnecessa
