1、第32卷第2期经济林研究Vol.32No.22014年6月NonwoodForestResearchJun.2014无纺布果袋内微环境特征及其对库尔勒香梨果实品质的影响刘曼曼,廖康,廖小龙,贾杨,王玉蓉,刘欢,孙琪(新疆农业大学特色果树研究中心,新疆乌鲁木齐830052)摘要:为研究无纺布果袋内微环境的变化及其对库尔勒香梨果实品质的影响,采用HOBOWERE微型气象站及EI-USB-2[1]温湿度记录仪对不同颜色无纺布果袋内外的光照强度、温度和湿度进行实时监测,对不同颜色无纺布果袋内的果实品质进行了分析比较。结果表明:与外界环境相比,袋内光照强度明显降低。白天果袋内温
2、度显著高于外界,夜间比外界略低,湿度呈现相反变化。三种颜色的果袋中,光照强度以白色果袋最高,黑色果袋最低。白色果袋内平均温度最高,湿度最低,蓝色袋内平均温度最低,湿度最高。在16:00~22:00时间段内,黑色果袋温度最高,湿度最低。套袋后单果质量、总糖及Vc含量平均降低了17.00%、8.24%和9.91%,果实硬度和总酸含量则平均提高了11.63%和3.53%。白色袋的单果质量和总糖均最高,蓝色袋的Vc含量最高。用白色和蓝色的果袋套袋可显著提高果面的光泽度,且采前去袋可有助于果实的着色。关键词:无纺布果袋;微环境;库尔勒香梨;果实品质中图分类号:S661.2文献标
