4、ngof115cucumberlinessampledfrom3,342ber13.Thesegenomicresourcesgeneratenewinsightsintothegeneticaccessionsworldwide.Comparativeanalysissuggeststhatfruitbasisofdomesticationanddiversityforthisimportantcrop.cropsunderwentnarrowerbottlenecksduringdomesticationReseq
5、uencingofthe115linesgeneratedatotalof7.275billionthangraincrops.Weidentified112putativedomesticationpaired-endreads(632Gbofsequence),withaveragedepthof18.3×andsweeps;1oftheseregionscontainsageneinvolvedinthelossofcoverageof95.2%(SupplementaryTable1).Throughcompa
