6、olutionwasasreferencesolution．ResultsTheregressionequationofTA／prednisolonepeakarea(Y)andTA／prednis010neconcentration(X)wasY：0．4329X+0．5397，presentinggoodlinearcorrelationbetweenthem(R：0．9951。P<0．05)．AhigherTAlevelwasseenfrom7through14daysfollowingtheTAinjectio

7、nwiththemaximalconcentration1．91±0．13txg／mLat14daysandafterthatshowedadecliningtrendtill56days．ThehalflifeperiodofTAinvitreouswascalculatedtobe8．5days．Noanyocularcomplicationwasfoundthroughoutthestudingduration．NosignificantalterationwasfoundinIOPbetweenbeforea
