1、徐州医学院硕士学位论文硅油对免眼角膜结构及功能的影响姓名:樊伟英申请学位级别:硕士专业:眼科学指导教师:牟莉;李明新2012-04徐州医学院硕士学位论文硅油对兔眼角膜结构及功能的影响中文摘要目的探讨硅油对兔眼角膜结构及功能的影响。方法将24只健康成年新西兰大白兔随机分成2组:前房硅油注入组(SIG)20只,空白对照组(CG)4只,均行前房穿刺,注入硅油(SIG)或BSS(CG)O.10ml,手术前后定期行裂隙灯、角膜厚度、角膜内皮细胞摄像,将大白兔处死后行角膜内皮N矿.K+.ArP酶活性检测、台盼蓝.茜素红染色、病理组织学检
